NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
In no event will Elliott Mayo, his licensees, distributors or dealers be liable for direct, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of data or business opportunities, resulting from the Program, either alone or in conjunction with other programs.
GENERAL
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Elliott Mayo. It is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
RESTRICTED RIGHTS LEGEND
Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph ©(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause in DFAR 52.227-7013 or the equivalent clause in FAR 52.227-14, whichever is applicable.
